Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PlayStoreTester (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and Google Play policies.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Platform.

4. App owners

If you list an app as an owner, you agree that:

• You have the right to distribute the app and invite testers through Google Play closed testing.
• Your invitation links, instructions, and app content are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
• Credits spent to list apps are non-refundable once listing is active, except where required by law.
• You will review tester proofs fairly and in reasonable time.

5. Testers

If you test apps as a tester, you agree that:

• You will install and test apps only through official Google Play closed testing links provided on the Platform.
• You will upload genuine daily proof screenshots (start and end of each testing day) as required.
• Missing daily uploads may result in warnings or removal from a testing slot, as described on the Platform.
• Credits are earned according to Platform rules (including approval of all required daily proofs) and have no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• You will not submit false proofs, use automated tools to fake testing, or share invitation links publicly without owner permission.

6. Credits and payments

Credits are an internal Platform balance used to list apps and reward testers. Purchased credits, where offered, are subject to the amount shown at checkout. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of deposit methods or payment processors. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload malware, offensive content, or material that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Platform, or interfere with other users.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with an app or company.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, and original content are owned by PlayStoreTester or its licensors. App names, icons, and materials submitted by owners remain their property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host and display it for Platform operations.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee app quality, tester availability, Google Play approval, or specific testing outcomes. PlayStoreTester is not affiliated with Google LLC.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayStoreTester and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if no payments were made.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) will remain in effect.
